Underfloor heating and rads

I have a underfloor water heating to ground floor ,one zone ,controlled by smart thermostat

First floor all rads ,individually controlled by rad valve smart thermostats,

Both ground floor and first floor have motorised valves.in the circuit IE one for underfloor one for rads

What is the wiring into extension kit ,do I need to control both valves?
