I’m having real trouble getting the app to run on my android devices, I have had the tado app running for years but suddenly it will not connect to the server dispute uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times, Sometimes it sticks on the yellow start up screen, and if it gets past that and I attempt to log on it tries but nothing happens other than a server timeout. All the android devices are running current software

Any ideas on the next thing to try?

The app works fine on Apple devices.

Solved - Seems a home router reboot allowed the connection to happen!

    having a similar problem and have gone through above steps. Difference is that the app connects when phone not on Wi-Fi, it connects straight away if on mobile data but not if on same WiFi as the bridge
