Wireless Temperature Sensor doesn't work

Hi, I bought a Wireless Temperature Sensor to improve the temperature in my bedroom. In the bedroom there are already two Smart Radiator Thermostat. When I added the new sensor in the room seems it was not able to switch on the boiler, instead the configuration without the new device works like a charm.


My complete configuration is using a Smart Thermostat wired directly to the boiled. All rooms have at least one Smart Radiator Thermostat. Any time a room need to warm, the boiler switch on except the room that has the Wireless Temperature Sensor.


Please, could you help me to understand what is wrong?

    I sent a Support request and they helped me. The new Wireless Temperature Sensor initialized itself in an other Heating Circuit, so for this reason he doesn't send any command to the boiler.


    Issue fixed!!!

    I solved the issue related my bedroom temperature. I don’t need to change offset anymore.

    Hi , My temperature sensor doest display anything , can anyone tell me how to fix this problem ?
