Any way to speak to Customer Service?

Anyone know if theres any way of contacting the install assistance team directly other than the ridiculously slow email service? It's now coming upto a week since I started registration and I'm going in circles with responses 24 hours later which disregard info I've already given. If I'd known the install process was going to be so annoying I'd have just stuck with the Nest system and been done already. HELP!
