Multiple users on one account

Since registering multiple accounts do not work upon registering the bridge, I opted to send an invite for to add multiple users. Email has not been received neither in the inbox nor junk/spam box. How do I grant access to my household with multiple users?

That is exactly what I did, but they never received the invite via email. They checked their inboxes and the spam and junk mails. So how to add more users onto the account? Pls help.
