Hi guys, tado used to be so good with support. I can't seem to reach anyone on chat, my email form hasn't been responded to either. All I want to do is switch heating modes at some point but need support's assistance. What can I do?


  • Try to get their attention on a public platform like Twitter. The arrival of October, when everyone is starting up their central heating, seems to have caught Tado by surprise.

  • Actually, they came back to me in the end via the email form. Great company, really hope they manage to weather this storm.
