Hi guys, tado used to be so good with support. I can't seem to reach anyone on chat, my email form hasn't been responded to either. All I want to do is switch heating modes at some point but need support's assistance. What can I do?
Try to get their attention on a public platform like Twitter. The arrival of October, when everyone is starting up their central heating, seems to have caught Tado by surprise.
Actually, they came back to me in the end via the email form. Great company, really hope they manage to weather this storm.
