Heating now switching off

Hi Everyone,
After some help, I have just had my tado starter kit V3 and an add on thermostat installed by a qualified electrician, all seems to be working fine expect that the heating won’t switch off at all, even with both thermostats turned off
Has anyone experienced this as well and found a resolution?
