Hot water option showing in app, but shouldn't be there?

I've just setup a new wired smart thermostat with my combi-boiler, which mostly seems to be working well, however for some reason the app is displaying the hot water button and allows me to change it's settings.
As I have a combi-boiler I assume this shouldn't be active? How can I remove it from the app, and if someone in my home changes the hot water settings what would actually happen?

If you are sure you wired it correctly, and have set the jumper to the correct setting (if using extension kit), did you complete the installer setup stage and turn the hot water option off?
