Tado app not connecting

I’ve got an extensive tado system with something like 14 thermostats across the house. System was working really well but over the past month, every time I go into the app at least 80% (and sometimes all) of the thermostats are showing as not connected.
I’ve replaced batteries, unplugged and reconnected router (bridge has 3 white lights) but can’t seem to improve this.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did they fix it?

    I have same problem but this have been an issue from first time I started connecting the thermostats.

    I have followed the Tado guidance to fix the issue with no result.

    If I go in on one of the thermostats I can see they register the room temp and humidity trough out the day.
