Radiator valve heating loop allocation

We have 2 heating loops in our house, ground floor on one and upper floors on another and we have tado smart thermostats controlling each look. We have added 3 smart radiator valves but there is no way of telling them which heating loop/thermostat to request heat from???

    Ps. Requested help from Tado support over 10 days ago and still no reply or heating!!
