Help with replacing Satchwell TL35 Thermostat

I am trying to replace my old Satchwell TL 35 Thermostat with the Tado Smart Thermostat, but I am a little unsure of the wiring.

There are 4 cables on the old stat, Red, Black, Black and Green (earth) - see attached photo.

Where do these go on the new Tado Thermostat?
