How to get support?
I have been experiencing an issue with one of my devices, I sent out several requests from the form on the web site, but no one is returning to me.
Do you know alternative ways to contact the support?
I am not so happy with Tado in general, the devices consume batteries too quickly, they are not as reliable as they should and more than once they stopped working and simply put the radiator to max power.
Once I was away for 2 weeks and I had one of the radiators going to the max for the whole period and they were not able to fix it. I spent a fortune and consumed a lot instead of saving money and planet.
