Connect Internet Bridge

Hi

Please help. Have connected Internet Bridge to wi-fi router. Have tried everything (https://support.tado.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115002187083) but it is not working, Cloud light still blinking.

Internet and wi-fi works at home. What do I need to do so it work and connect to the app?
