Rads not listening to thermostat?

This last couple of days I’ve noticed the radiators are on even when the app says they should be off. When a new time zone comes round the heating will come on - it receives that info immediately - but if I manually turn the thermostat down again, the boiler just doesn’t listen. We’ve used so much power this last few days. It’s as if it’s only receiving info that calls for heat, rather than switch off info - or there’s a massive (like 2-4 hour) delay in sending/receiving switch off info. Any ideas please? Thanks

    I think Ive tracked it down to a new trv we installed a few weeks ago - it seems to be switching the boiler on, so probably Incorrectly linked to the main thermostat - have messaged tado to sort it out.
