I am sick and tired of companies that push you to use forums of frequently asked questions to find answers. Its Bo...cks I just want to talk to someone and not go through a press button 1 for ...... now select from one of 4 option......

Im fast loosing interest in ordering what I need from Tado.

I want to control my hot water and purchase 11 vertical radiator thermostats do I also need a smart thermostat.

You can chat our support or put in a ticket to get in contact with our Support Team directly.

You will need an Extensionkit to control hot water, a Smart Thermostat Starterskit and and the radiator thermostats.
