How on earth do I get Tado support to read my messages in the chat?

Trying to install a new system. Raised the request to them on Saturday and it is now the end of Wednesday. I wouldn't mind if I could actually do the basic config myself. One day typical response it says...


  • Best way to register a support request is to go to and then fill out the contact form, rather than raise a support request on forums or chat.
    When you raise via the form it gets raised on their ticketing system, the chat is ok for non-urgent issues.
