Question about my order

Hello all and I would like to say that Tado is making some great products but lack of communication with longtime customer isn't that great...
5 days ago I purchased Tado wireless temperature add-on and as of today I still haven't received answer to my mail about shipping or didn't get invoice except sales confirmation mail. I remember when I purchased other stuff from Tado that they would answer way more quickly to customer question and if I purchased this add-on in 2018 I'm pretty sure that I would already be using it but now in 2020 I don't even know is it shipped or when will it be delivered... just my two cents.
