My current router supports Power over Ethernet, does the tado bridge support this so I no longer have to use the USB cable ?
Our Internet Bridge (V2, V3 and V3+) does not support Power over Ethernet directly. However, some customers have used an active PoE splitter to achieve the same goal.
Search the internet for "PoE splitter 5v micro usb" and you should be able to find the correct device.
Please make sure that it can supply at least 5V and 1A on the micro usb connection for it to work with our bridge.
