Cloud light flashing on Bridge

Hi, I have my bridge plugged into my Sky router. I have also tried it in the Sky Q mini box. I cannot get the bridge to connect, the cloud light just flashes constantly. I have tried EVERYTHING on the Tado website, changed ethernet cables, powering down etc etc etc. I can't fix this. I am waiting for Tado to email me back but fear their response is v slow as my ticket was raised yesterday. Going round the house manually changing all my 7 TADO valves is quite tiresome. Any ideas ?????

    Not sure that you will get any response until Monday 🙁
    Can you try the bridge in a different router to see if that is the issue?

    Did you ever get this resolved as am having a very similar problems with the Bridge and Tado support?😕
