Wireless thermostat not calling for heat

I have recently added a wireless thermostat to my system, in a large room in which there are 2 radiators, each with a smart TRV. All 3 are assigned to the same room. However, the wireless thermostat does not call for heat when I increase it's temperature setting. It is connected, and flashes Hi when I test it via the app. The other smart TVV's in the system are working normally. I have a smart hub with an extension kit.

    have you tried setting the thermostat as the zone controller for that room.
