Smart thermostats not turning the radiators on

I have four smart thermostats in different rooms. All are connected to the bridge and the bridge is connected to the router, which has an active internet connection. When I set them to heat up, the app shows those rooms to be orange, but they remain at the same temperature as when they’re turned off.

    @LagRat You don't seem to mention what tado device is connected to your boiler.

    I've fixed it now. I hadn't increased the temperature on the main thermostat.

    This doesn't sound like a Tado 'SMART' system.....
    or have I missed something.??🤔
