Trv. Vertical Vs horizontal
Options
2 questions, why do you need two types of trv? Why would they not work in either orientation?
Also why are the horizontal ones more expensive?

Hi @Bablefish,
Q1. So that the 'display' is orientated properly for the user to read. Either version will work in both configurations.
Q2. Not really sure why one would be more expensive than the other....perhaps Tado feels we should pay more for the horizontal variant, which is (reported) to have greater accuracy of temperature readings. This is due to the fact that the temperature sensor is physically further away from the heat source, because the SRT is lying horizontally.1
