Disappointed in Tado support

I need to write down that I am a bit disappointed in Tado support.

Firstly the average response time at during technical chat has increased a lot up to a day. It is way too long to get answer for an important question.

On the other hand I see lack of responsiveness for the ideas and suggestions the users claim. There are improvement threads which are years old having no solution or even a single update from Tado. Considering they might be essential improvements it makes the situation more unacceptable.

That negligence is more than frustating. I like the idea of Tado but seriously thinking of swapping to another thermistat
