Radiator actuator broke

Hey floks! I just bought a tado v3 starter kit and when trying to install the radiator thermostat it failed to calibrate several times, and after, the actuation pin broke and got detached. Is this something that happened to anyone else?

Can I somehow make the motor spin freely? Maybe it will pull the pin back where it belongs

    Hi @Vpersa,
    You need to contact Tado to explain that you have a faulty (brand new) device.....I had a faulty SRT which Tado replaced.
