Why does Tado not notify if the heating is not working?

For 2 nights in a row my broiler had shut down. Im using radiator thermostats all over my house and have added my broiler to the tado app.
Why don't the tado app give me a warning that the heating is not working when it clearly can detect that the temperature is falling even with all the radiators on full. It should be easy for tado to know something is wrong if a radiator is not getting warm and then notify me about it.
