Quality Control issues?
I got my order last week and right after taking if out of the box and foil, I’ve noticed problems.
I’ve ordered refurbed radiator thermostat starter kit and additional brand new wall thermostat. I’ve immediately filled contact form but nobody from tado came back to me. I think I will need to return my order. It’s sad that the refurb is very ok and brand new piece is, well, used?
