Boiler started 'not stopping'

hello everyone,

the heating system has been working perfectly with Tado for a long while, but i noticed from yesterday that the boiler just started 'not stopping', i.e. the boiler is still burning even when all radiators and hot water have been turned off. Normally, by that time the boiler have had stopped.

I checked everying single radiator (including the underground heating) is off.

does anyone know what has gone wrong? to be clear, the radiators will get very hot when I turn them on by Tado, no issues on that.

    I am having very similar issues to you Davwang.

    Since our setups used to work and no hardware has changed,

    It makes me wonder if there's a bug in the latest version of the Tado App?

    I have this same issue, been happening sporadically for quite a while too
