TRV and thermostat in same room showing different temperatures

Anyone else got the same issue, we have the main (wireless) thermostat and a radiator with TRV. However both fight against each other. Both set at 20c but TRV temp is 22c and main thermostat is 17.8c (currently). They never seem to match. Am I missing something here?

    @TonyAndSian Hello. I am afraid that the inaccuracy of the tado radiator device is one of much discussion on here. Some have had limited success when using the offset but currently the most successful work around is when using an elbow joint to move the device further from the radiator. There is a separate thread on this.
