Biasi Advance Plus 30c + ext + opentherm compatible

I've received my Tado starter kit and extension kit.
Does anyone have experience of connecting the extension to a Biasi Advance Plus 30c? Tado installation support have advised the boiler is opentherm compatible and I'd like to take advantage of this functionality.
The previous thermostat was wireless and I'll be removing the wireless receiver and replacing with the extension.
Which terminals do I use within the boiler; opentherm is low voltage so presumably the terminals would need to match; would I use the remote control terminals?
