The Tado does not turn off my boiler even though everything on the app is turned off

    Describe the Tado/Boiler set-up.

    Yes it worked previously
    Turned Tado off and on again
    Reset Tado by the boiler by putting it off and after 10 secs put it on again

    No I have not resolved the problem.

    I wonder if the people who make Tado read these forums?
