    The wireless temperature sensor is made for that.

    @sgrich if you already own a wireless thermostat you can use it as a wireless temperature sensor. If you are buying new you can buy a dedicated wireless temperature sensor but they’re not cheap for what they are. Alternatively you can buy another TRV and use it as an unmounted temperature sensor - it sometimes works out cheaper.

    Thanks for replying ,I have sorted it out , I had incorrectly assigned the room to the temp sensor so nowt was happening , thanks everybody
