:# My extension unit seems dead, power is being supplied to it but no lights. Any ideas on what to do?

    @Rarstok

    Triple check the wires are to the correct terminals, it's easy to make a mistake.

    Double check it's pushed on properly and the prongs are making contact with the wired terminals properly.

    If it was working and is now dead and you've measured power at the correct terminals on the back plate then sounds like it needs replacing.
