Weird Problem

Hi everyone had a system working for 9 months 4 trv one stat and bridge and extension kit
Then after app update last night (might be coincidence) everything shows connected and working fine but when you send a command via app or Web app or Google or another device it updates but doesn't send it to the extension kit so you get the click. I rebooted everything from router to extension kit etc. At this point I've had to pop all trv on 25 and then out my old control box slotted back on wall to give any hot water and heating. Does anyone maybe have any other ideas. Support haven't come back to me yet been 24 hours already many thanks
