Smart Radiator Thermostat HomeKit issue

Hi,
I have 3 radiator thermostats linked to a wireless temperature sensor in my kitchen.
One of the radiator thermostats is not working with HomeKit/is giving an incorrect temperature compared to the others even though the “measuring device” for that room is the wireless temperature sensor” and not the individual radiator thermostat. I’ve removed the device and reconnected it up but the same issue occurs with HomeKit.
I have not done the reset yet but will do.
Anyone have any ideas regarding this issue with HomeKit?
