Hello,


While registering the elements of my new Tado - Bridge and Wired Thermostat, I received the following message with the Bridge:

"This device is already registered to another home" (see screenshot)

Please find attached proof of purchase on Amzon.fr and a photo of the bar code.

Hoping to receive a response from you.

    I have the same problem. Seems Tado does not respond to these forums posts ? I see your post if from feb 2021 :O
