App repeatedly asking for location permissions when it has them

I'm having issues with version 6.4.2, it repeatedly asks on the lock screen for location permissions.
Location permissions are definitely enabled, and when I unlock the phone, the notification doesn't appear on the notification bar.
Very strange. On OnePlus 8, Oxygen OS 11.0.4.4.
