App Outage 18th Mar 2021 - Tado response please

Can you please publish here the reason(s) behind this mornings App Outage.......b4 my App stopped working I had a " no remote access" on one of my SRT's allocated to my Wireless Smart Thermostat for one of my Tado Rooms. While this was occurring my boiler was firing at 100% for this room...... However the "Care & Protect" was not indicating an issue.
A response from Tado would be good.....🙏🤞
#UPDATE#
I know that Tado is currently working on this issue and email notifications have been sent out to users who are "subscribed" to this notification method........however that does not cover all/most Tado users....
TADO : Please consider posting these Tado server issues in the Community Forum for all CF users to be appraised on these issues.
The issue is now also affecting my Tado Web page as well.

Status page is always up to date with outage details:

Personally I think they should automatically send the status emails to all end users, rather than you having to choose to subscribe. If not, then when the app is first setup it should explicitly ask if you want service updates.
I didn't know anything about the issue, as I'd not looked at the app all morning, but I am subscribed to the email updates so it's useful to know. Doesn't leave me guessing then.1 -

Outages should be clearly visible in the app and on web interface0

@tadouser1000 I agree, however when the outage concerns app connectivity to the server for example, it won't be able to report the issue.1

What is the point of this post?
Tado already provide a status page where you are invited to subscribe to real-time updates.
Sometimes I think certain posters are looking for issues which simply do not exist.

@cbd20 tado.statuspage.io isn't tied to Tado's infrastructure otherwise it wouldn't work in an outage 😁
Tado could easily power the status information within the app using tado.statuspage.io1 -
