Heat pump working even heating request temperature is reached

Hello everyone,

• smart schedule time from 19:30 to 21:30 - heating request is set to 23.5;
• smart schedule time from 21:30 to 22:30 - heating request is set to 22.5;

At 21:46 hour, inside temperature was already over heating request temperature (22.5), it has reached 23.3 but the heat pump was still working at medium power (two wavy lines show on application).

Checked the history, from 21:30 to 21:46, heat pump worked at medium power even heating request was +0.8°C above.

From 21:47 to present (22:08 time of actual post), heat pump worked at lower power (one wavy line show on application).

Is this a normal way of tado working?
