Care & Protect boiler cover

My boiler cover is expiring, but it isn't clear to me whether tado's "Care & Protect" is in any way similar? The support article about it (https://support.tado.com/en/articles/4467468-what-is-care-protect) mentions services such as "book a repair" and "book a boiler service" but does not tell me anything about what happens if I were to choose any of those options? Is a call-out included in the price (I'm guessing not, based on the price), is a call-out discounted?

    Tado don't provide an "Insurance Cover" it's more of an "introduction service"
