Installation/wiring problems with Thermia

I am trying to install a Smart Thermostat, wired, on the wall.
The problem is that I can't find what the four wires from the boiler is representing.
It is an Thermia Diplomat Optimal. And the wires are Blue, Blue/White, Brown and Brown/White.
Any tips on getting these installed without having the ones who installed the boiler/heater here for a couple of hundred dollars....?

I think this system uses the 4 wire resistance network control strategy and unfortunately this is NOT compatible with tado.
