Hot water control disappeared

I’ve just noticed that I can no longer control my hot water with my tado app - it just doesn’t appear anymore. I’ve had tado for years and always used to be able - but support tell me if it did used to appear it never actually did anything! I have a Viessmann Vitodens 200-W boiler with a Vitotronic 200 H01A controller and I replaced a Vitocontrol 200 thermostat with the tado thermostat. So should this be able to control the hot water or not? I’m in France if that makes any difference.
