Replacement for broken adapter RAV-02

Hello.

Sadly my kid has broken our one adapter for the radiator (the RAV-02 original Tado adapter) - see picture below.

I cant seem to find anywhere to buy this adapter or the whole original adapter set.. anyone got a clue where to find it? it fitted just perfect.. i can neither find the dimensions for it, which makes it even harder to find a replacement.

@jonasrappy on this page of the tado help pages there is a link to a compatibility guide pdf. It shows some valve measurements and the types of thermostatic valve each adaptor is used for. Perhaps this will help the search?
