Tado Radiator Valves not triggering boiler

I have invested in a Tado system that comprises of...

-1 Tado Thermostat (Located in Hall)

-1 Tado Extension Kit (In order to control hot water as well)

-6 Tado Radiator Valves

Hot water triggering - Working perfectly.

Changing Temperature on Thermostat, and it firing the boiler if necessary - Working perfectly

Individual radiator valves triggering boiler if they require heat (but the thermostat in the hall does not) - Failing


To be clear, they are working fine if I raise the required temperature on the Thermostat, triggering the boiler and it then pushing hot water round the system, either heating those radiators or if the temperature set is reached not heating them.


Help please?

    I had the same issue many calls to support didn't help. However, after a bit of a play I found in my smart thermostat it was set up as 'R01' changing it to 'TS' did the trick. You can find instructions on accessing this on t'internet.
