Thermostat cannot handle requested temperature in 0.5 degrees interval?

when I request eg. 19.5 degrees using the app, the thermostat shows 20 degrees as requested temperature.
It seems like it cannot handle the requested temperature up to 0.5 degrees.
Also when changing requested temperature at the thermostat itself, it jumps from eg 19 to 20, no 0,5 interval.
Is this a limitation, the thermostat cannot handle 0,5 degrees interval?

Indeed. This is a also serious point for me.
When the settings is 19.5 deg via de App, then the thermostat shows 20. When I press the up button, the setpoint goes to 21. So an increase of 19.5 to 21! This is not acceptable.
