How do I switch off the extension kit in the installer menu?
This question was asked before and the answer was to ask the support team. I've had to to bridge contacts with temporary cables to get hot water. Could this query please be answered ASAP?

You haven't actually said if you have contacted Tado Support.........have they responded or are you still waiting to get a reply from them ??
Could you possibly 'repeat' your original question.......as (obviously) this current question has no detailed information and will therefore be very difficult for 'new readers' to offer any assistance,

Hi and thanks for your quick reply. Tado support have been brilliant and sorted the problem out 1 day after my query.
I had to replace a faulty extension kit. I don't think this can be done from the app. Tado support have done this now for me.
