Having just got my first tado, I think the information available could be greatly improved. I can't find any useful guides on how to use my smart thermostat (I.e. What do the different symbols mean when clicking through). Also all the new product pages assume you already know what you're looking for. From what I've seen, I feel like the whole collection needs a review to be much more user friendly.

    @Miriammister Welcome to Tado and their obscure way of giving "personalised instructions" and not facilitating them in the open. Their technical department will be refering you to to this forum to find solutions.
    Be aware that because this way of handing personalised instructions many times the instructions will have typos and incongruences.
