Help Centre Chat no longer appears

The chat window which seems to be the only method Tado want us to use to communicate with them no longer appears in any of my browsers when I go to support.tado.com. Is it just me? I have tried signing out, deleting cookies, signing in etc., but nothing appears, even on a new browser.

Anyone any ideas what I should do? How do we contact Tado?


  • So it turns out chat is hosted in Germany, and there is a bank holiday today. FYI.

  • I have only signed to the portal 2 days ago and from looking at most discussions and from my own experience I already regret moving to Tado from Nest.
    Great product (mainly the smart TRVs) but horrible not being able to get any support when you need it.
