SRV call for heat permission setting

I don't "live" in all the rooms of my house that have SRVs, therefore I don't care too much if the temperature drops below my set point. There are only two or three rooms I want to maintain at a set temperature, but some I just want to limit the heating to save energy. I don't want these less important rooms calling for the boiler to start up all the time. An option to stop an SRV calling for heat, unless the room temperature drops to a minimum frost protection temperature, would be useful. The current work around appears to be to set the SRVs as "independent", but this breaks the useful heat activity tracking!
