Does anyone know of a tado specialist in the UK Gloucestershire area? I’m looking for someone who’s worked with the system and is able to come to my property and advise me on how to make the system work properly. Every plumber or heating engineer I speak to hasn’t worked with the system. I have an old oil boiler the house is warm the hot water is working but I don’t think the two systems are communicating so the boiler Sparks up Even if I have the Geo fencing in a way mode

The cause of your perceived problem may be a feature called Preheat Before Arrival.
When you are close to home Tado will pre-heat the home ready for your arrival. You can adjust the level of pre-heat or even turn the feature off.

And geofencing is perceived not working as intended unless it is fixed by the latest app update (that I received yesterday through the app store)
