Are there any comprehensive user manuals for the Tado system?

some basic things like "how do I tell if a radiator valve is open or closed (or possibly partly open??)

some troubleshooting things like " My app says everything is off - and the schedule says everything should be off - but the wireless receiver shows both heating and hot water lights on and the boiler is blazing away, wasting gas"
